Safety & Training

The CSTS program is divided into lessons and topics. Students can repeat any topic as often as required. Each lesson consists of a study, check and test section.

  • Workplace Hazards
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Excavating & Trenching
  • Emergency Response

Employability Training is coordinated by Bridges and Foundations. Many participants will either have a stable working history or will have graduated from our employability training, which includes the following:

  • Personality Style - The Keirsey Personality Profile
  • Learning Styles - Multiple Learning Intelligences (Howard Gardner)
  • Communication and Assertiveness
  • Conflict Resolution and Decision Making
  • Time and Stress Management
  • Work Attitude/Work Values and Goal Setting
  • Fundamental Skill Assessment
  • Resumé Bildinng and Career Action Plan
